My experience mirrors the one-star reviews already posted here. TLDR: don't rent from this location. Cars were unavailable twice. Staff member was rude and unhelpful. I reserved a car online with this location twice. The first time was when the staff at Enterprise called to tell me they could not fulfill my reservation. So Avis/Budget was my fallback. I took an SUV from here, came in person to rent it. Customer relation manager Debbie helped me a lot. She is such a professional and cordial employee. Moreover she is so nice and sweet person as well. She is truly an asset for the AVIS. So grateful for her great assistance. ❤️❤️❤️
Avoid this and all Avis locations! I reserved and paid ahead for a car + child's carseat, which the Avis website assured me all locations had. When I went to pick it up, they had no car seats on location. A normal business would have called to tell me this ahead of time so I could make other arrangements. But not only did this business not give me a heads up, but they would not refund me and would not help me find another Avis location that could fulfill the request. I went by the location after noticing my car had an expired temp registration (I had picked it up late night from the airport and not noticed). James tried to offer some suggestions of help and walked me thru why/how it is challenging for the location to resolve the issue. He noted that the airport won't usually offer paperwork when you pick up the car - but it might be useful to have it with an expired plate if I planned to drive it around for a few days.
