I reserved a passenger van well in advance for a family trip, but I received no communication that the vehicle would not be available until I arrived at the location to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was told a van might become available, but there was no estimated timeframe. I was offered an SUV as an alternative while they waited to see if a van would be returned. Had a truly exceptional experience with Ricardo and Mike.I rented a Lincoln Navagator from Tampa airport ,terrible vehicles no instructions on operating vehicle from facility, dirty windshield just a bad car .Hated the car and also didn't need all the space cause passenger count went dwn We called Ricardo at the Downtown Clearwater and he said vehicles should be arriveing soon and he'd call when they get to lot.1 hr later got the call an head out to exchange the Navagator for Mazda Mike showed us a few vehicles an we picked ... read more
