I was charged an additional $388.27 after I return the car. After a strenuous back-and-forth with Avis corporate. They try to tell me some nonsense explaining that money is held on a debit card even though the bank takes the money out. After I return the car, I was charged like I was renting for another week. Says in bold letters in a box on the website no credit card needed as I’m pre purchasing online. I show up to pickup my car after pre purchasing it and they told me they can’t rent it to me with out a credit card. That a debit card is not acceptable. I showed them on the website where it says no credit card needed. The lady literally laughed at me. No apologies. Didn’t try to help or fix the problem. Just careless and unprofessional. Website says one thing employees say another.

This is the best Avis location out of all of every location in all of Florida. The manager is over here, especially Ricardo is one of the best when it comes to the business of customer service.

As an Uber driver this place was awesome to deal with for Uber fleet. Every question I had (which was many) was answered and they were right about everything. Thank you so much for your help and professionalism. I will recommend them in the future.
