God damn, I flew in from Texas, got a ride here highly inconveniencing my friends who were working, which is whole reason I rented a car. When I finally get here I'm told I can't pay with a debit card at all and to basically get to walking. Called corporate and they tried their best but still was basically told to get stepping. Thanks for screwing up my entire day Avis. Seriously, gold star.
Terrible experience. Ran credit check and said they couldn’t not rent a car because of credit. Terrible customer service. No explanation and no accountability.
They are always so helpful! Since I’ve been using them I have not had any bad experiences. I love their process and they are easy to work with the staff has good customer service. I’ve done many rental companies N they are the best and have the best rates and prices. I Recommend them.
