Too much to list, though I will confirm the visit was a direct reflection of previous patrons negative experience. I was taught Tis best to ask questions & listen vs speak from a biased observation. Nonetheless, upon walking into the establishment I received "the tone" & once addressed I refused to patronize. Very good costumer service. There was a woman there that undersood my issue and solved in the best way she could. I would definitely rent a car again there!
The morning of my rental, which was supposed to be a full-size SUV, I got a phone call that Avis Rockwall would not have my reserved vehicle available. It was not a problem for me, as this was just a two-day rental because my car was in the shop, so I willingly took a smaller SUV. My check in later that day happened to be with the store manager, and she was pleasant and reasonably efficient.
