Heed the warnings of the reviews. Overall just poor customer service and lack of protocol. Used a corporate code one week to rent a vehicle and when I came back, returned the vehicle and had another pre-paid reservation set she claimed I could no longer use it. Every question I asked was met with attitude and when I asked about a refund one of the workers rudely said I needed to cancel it on my end and it’s not their responsibility. Also just an overall unprofessional environment. Watch... read more
Always understaffed. Only took 30 minutes. Better than Bradley / BDL which took 1 hour.
I use AVIS for both business and leisure since 2008 and enjoy awesome treatment and perks of preferred status. Love the new management!!! They are very personable, and they recognize you when you walk in. The space is much cleaner and neater than when it was managed by the previous team.
This Budget/Avis location is now under new management, and the difference is remarkable. I had several very difficult and frustrating experiences with the previous management, to the point that I stopped using this location even though it is in my neighborhood. The new team has completely changed my experience. They are very helpful, respectful, and genuinely listen to my needs. I’m very glad to finally have a Budget/Avis location in my neighborhood that I feel comfortable using again
