Closed when my flight landed. Garbage business.
Terrible experience. I reserved a 1-way rental via Hotwire, but upon arrival, the staff told me they didn't have 1-way vehicles and sent me to the airport Avis to get one. After waiting in line for 30 minutes at the airport, I found out their systems aren't connected at all, and the staff mentioned this branch has a bad habit of incorrectly redirecting customers to them. If you need a 1-way rental, skip this location entirely unless you want to be given the runaround by misinformed staff.
Very professional and good service.
Thank you Kenneth Ray!!!!! You are exceptional!!
