Renters beware this place is a scam Tried to drop a rental car off a week ago what just went in there spoke to the lady and they say they’re independently owned and she told me to get out of her store. Do yourself a favor only use the airport location or a location. That’s actually owned by budget or Avis. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my whole career.
The worst! I booked the car, got the confirmation email which says “go pick up your car” it’s reserved for you! I show up and the lady says she doesn’t have a car for me! There’s literally 30 cars in the parking lot and they close in 50 minutes and I don’t see any huge rush! I ask why does your confirmation email say that I have a booking confirmed and a car ready for me? She says “I don’t know”, I guess that’s for the customer to figure out!!! Thanks Avis! I wish things had more accountability!
