Not recommended. Check your contract carefully before signing and review your charges afterward. AVIS deducted extra money from my account without approval or explanation, and the staff didn’t provide proof or help resolve the issue. I don’t trust their service—look elsewhere.
Called in today to inquire about switching out my Avis Car due to issues I was having with it. I had probably one of the worst customer service experiences in a long time. Very unprofessional.
I highly do not recommend avis/budget, I had 1 blanket in the rental car with animal fur on, they said I can either extend it for 1 more day and vacuum the little fur in there myself or get charged $450!!!... I used to work at budget and we didn't charge for more fur then what I left in it so I wasn't worried, clearly I should have been... I highly do not recommend at all!!!
