This location does not offer drop off outside the business hours. This got me stuck as the gates are locked and no place to leave the car. I tried changing the drop off location to the neighboring location in the airport using both Avis' app and calling their service. They were asking me to pay an extra $570 for this change. The other location is only 15 min driving but the extra charge was astronomical. Definetly the best car rental agency in Santa Barbara. I rented a Ford Mustang for a 3 days road-trip to San Diego at an amazingly competitive price. They accepted me as a french 21 yo driver, without an international driving license, and with a debit card, while other agencies all rejected me. The woman who received me was so kind and convenient.
