This place charged my card for tolls after I returned the rental. Never went through tolls. Don't rent from here unless you want to fund their employees joy ride

Josh went above and beyond to find us a vehicle at another location. It was a work trip and we needed it for that day. Thank you so much for the professionalism and accommodation . This is the second time we have exceptional service .
We had a reservation booked a month out. They call us two to three days before the rental pickup to confirm it all & the reserved vehicle, so we are assuming all is good. Upon arrival to pickup the vehicle, they then tell us that they don't have our reserved vehicle available let alone any besides one vehicle. So very much disappointed and such a huge inconvenience. Needless to say then having to book another reservation hoping to find a vehicle. I wish I could leave no stars.
