Great service. We accidentally booked at another Avis with a similar address and it was close to closing. However Andre was able to switch over our reservation and make sure we kept our rate. Very helpful!

I had the most horrible experience at this location on friday 3/6/26. I reserved a 7 passenger suv since mid January only to show up the day of my reservation and be told they don't have my vehicle at all. How do you not have a vehicle I reserved almost 2 months in advance. I was told by the employee that Josh the manager had left me a voicemail the day before to let me know they didn't have my vehicle, which was false I have the voicemail and all he said was that he was confirming I still needed it and that a major credit c... read more
