Called to make a reservation and could not understand anything the person on the other line was saying. They need customer service representatives who speak clearly without a ridiculous amount of background noise. I finally hung up the phone.

Absolutely great experience from this Avis location. I was not sure if they would be open when my flight came in and they stayed open just for me to pick up my rental vehicle. I've never gotten that experience from any other rental company. And they were nice and professional the entire time. Vehicle return went smooth as well and I received my receipt on the Avis site pretty fast so I could submit it to my job.
