My wife rented a car two weeks ago, she liked the car. We filled it up and returned it dropped off the keys at the desk, and went through checking it in, and then they charged our bank card the next day for another $79.84. They gave us the run around, and I'm sure we won't get our money back.

I was very happy until after I got my first receipt and submitted a review to avis saying how satisfied I was a 30 dollar fuel service fee. I literally filled up till it clicked off at Kwik trip down the road. It won't let me. Change my avis review because it says it's submitted already so just want everyone to be aware of the scams they play. Enterprise has never done this to me. Could not get one this day. Thought I had a new company to use. I don't. No recommended unless desperate.

The woman with blonde hair at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was extremely rude the moment she found out I was from TN. She acted like a robot. I told her I was born and raised in WI. She insisted on giving me a problem for my valid TN license. She also said because I was there at 9:18 I’d have to wait in line which is fine by me. what a great car I got! I've never driven a car this new (only 2100 miles on it) and with current tech features like drive assist and adaptive cruising, my ride was safer and more efficient than any previous driving experience. doing deliveries for Amazon was really inline, I could get a short distraction looking for an address and it never would have resulted in any of the common outcomes like a swerve or a lane deviation or inconsistent speed. staff was very kind and helpful (Stacy), I highly recommend this agency.
