Best place to rent a car
I travel quite a bit so I ordered a luxury car (Cadillac equivalent according to their website), got a base model Equinox, not the end of the world. Not a fun experience with the employee behind the counter at all though. When someone accidentally pulls their card out early from the machine (it had been in there several minutes), the employee shouldn't throw their hands up in the air in exasperation and complain about how we have to start over now. Run well by a great team. Someone is always available to answer the phone, help solve problems, and be genuinely helpful. Rami is always working hard, and he brings a personal touch that makes people feel valued and taken care of. He has a calm, helpful presence and clearly puts care into everything he touches. Highly recommend supporting his business.
I strongly believe these owners are using Avis to run scams. I have recently rented from them twice and received multiple recents with different amounts on them. My recent experience I rented a Camry and the trunk had a mountain of sand in it when I picked it up, also the check engine light was on. The was a bunch of what looked to be paint marks and dings in the car. I needed the car at the time so I looked past those nuances at the time.
