Booked a car nearly a week in advance. Got to the counter and they were out of cars. No call ahead to let me know. She said to come back in an hour. So I asked her if she was expecting more cars within the hour. No she said. Why would you tell me to come back and waste more time?!! Plus she had an attitude. Zero stars.
The process of renting the car was smooth and professional. The car was clean and I had no issues. I did not have to pay anymore than I was quoted either. Good experience.
