Was doing a lot going term rental for Uber I called every week to renew the least 2 weeks I was there they didn't process pay like they were supposed they did not contact me with any issues till they put in a repossession on car. As soon as I was contacted that there was an issue I went to office to take care of they hit me with a $165 late fee and $510 repossession fee. Will never rent from Avis again. i rented a car one way from pensacola to miami one way my appointment was at 3 pm , they told my car is not avialable until 5 pm and the dropoff will be at 5pm of tomorrow , i arrived to miami and realize im charged 100 $ extra for no reason , dont rent a car here thats my advice
Staff welcoming with smiles affordable cars all are up to date with the latest features and all are regularly maintained well
