Uber drivers Beware!!!... Rented over 10wks.., was late but paid/was paid up. They have over drawn my account over $3000 ,all over a few days late, but always paid... Continued to extend me and charged without consent...., (Deceptive billing).. Triple.. check before you sign/swipe. your card🙏... Getting a lawyer, if like to pool together let's compare notes..
Without any discussion or mentioning when I spoke with them Monday I know have an unauthorized $800 charge.. Now I have nothing... thanks Also been charged extra for upgrade even though it's bc they "didn't have" they class I reserved..It should be a free upgrade bc not my fault..
Showed up for my scheduled rental and the girl told me that they didn’t have anything besides a 12 passenger van, and she said it like it was my problem. Would have been nice to have a heads up before coming to the location, especially considering I had booked the rental over a week ago.
