Think before considering taking a rental from this company. They are lucky to get one star for the negative experience I had with them. Because of the incompetence and unprofessional staff at this location, I was charged almost dbl the amount of the rental after the vehicle was returned. I was charged large fees, plus the a few weeks that had already been paid. And was charged almost 400$ for roadside service on a flat tire!.. Great customer service. Stevie is so sweet and helpful. Their location on Davis Hwy is accessible to the interstate which is a plus for work travel.

My wife and I have rented from this location 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time we have come they have downgraded the vehicle we reserved without the offer of a discount. When I bring up my concerns the manager is rude and his explanation is just take it to the airport and exchange it. I have been renting cars along time and this is the only location that when the car I reserved was not available did not offer an upgraded vehicle or some sort of discount for the downgrade. I
