I had a great experience at this location. The service was impeccable. The staff listen and was able to help out while I was in a bind. Amazing staff, especially Harvey at the counter. The airport locations won’t get my business ever again!

Habia planeado llevar a mis hijas de paseo a Orlando despues de tener unas vacaciones muy ocupadas de trabajo , hice la reservacion un dia antes y justo 5 minutos antes de salir a recoger el auto reservado me llamaron de la agencia Avis (2500 Okechobee) y me dijeron que no tenian el auto reservado y no podian ni siquiera cancelar o buscar una mejor opcion en otra locacion, me mando a llamar a servicio al cliente (tarde mas de 30 min. tratando de resolver ) ,ellos me ayudaron a encontrar otra locacion y asi fue como llegamos ... read more
