“I had a very bad experience with this car rental agency. I made a reservation in advance for a vehicle, and when I arrived they told me they did not have the car available. I was then transferred to another location, but at that branch I had to make a completely new reservation as if my previous one did not exist, wasting even more time. They did not offer a proper solution or honor the original booking. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all.”

I have been renting for the past 5 years at this Avis location at 2500 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mona has been so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Mona is patient and literally gone the extra mile many times for me. I am so appreciative of her dedication. Thank you
The worst car rental company. I waited one a half hour, to pick up my car and was overcharged. Customer service is the worst!
