I have been renting for the past 5 years at this Avis location at 2500 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mona has been so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Mona is patient and literally gone the extra mile many times for me. I am so appreciative of her dedication. Thank you
The worst car rental company. I waited one a half hour, to pick up my car and was overcharged. Customer service is the worst!
This independent AVIS rental location had a car for us after the AVIS location at the Palm Beach airport stood us up on Sunday, Feb 22. The airport AVIS left us standing outside waiting for their bus at 10pm at night because they ran out of cars (we heard at the taxi stand) and closed with no notice. The police had to come by and tell us and the other people from our flight that AVIS had closed.
