Well the manager just hung up on me and said I am Not much of a loss after I told her that I would be not using Avis anymore because she would not stay for the last flight. This is the worst location and I would never rent from them again. EWN needs to kick them out of the airport. Very said when the manager tells a President Club Member that rents 52 weeks a year.

The manager at Avis in New Bern is unprofessional! I called to explain that the vehicle I rented a week in advance was not clean. I was informed that since I didn’t return the vehicle for an exchange, there was nothing they could do. However, I was on a tight schedule and didn’t have time for an exchange. The office at the Morehead city North Carolina was extremely unhelpful and unconcerned that the vehicle I needed was in a different city even though I was supposed to pick it up at my location. They also seemed to lack motivation to make sure it’s delivered to the location where I needed to pick it up. I had prepaid three weeks ago for the vehicle. I had a reservation for a car a day in advance. In the morning I cycle to the airport to be told that they don't have any cars today. Nobody called me, nobody texted me. I had to cancel all my plans to rent a car. This has never happened in my life.
