Lori was a great help! I'm in Pensacola for an indeterminate period and had to return my first rental after 30 days. I really like the car I had been driving, so she called back and had the car cleaned and returned to me. Everyone at the Avis desk is so helpful and Lori went above and beyond. I am so very grateful for her help.
The Preferred check in was so slow, unbelievablly ineffecient, and frustratingly a long wait. Please find a better system.
