Rented a car on 6/24 and was asked to leave a google review right away. The next day the cars check engine light came on and they told me to bring it back and make sure to fill it up with gas. Mind you this place is 50 miles from my home.
Terrible. I was discriminated against and they didn't want to use my debit card claiming that it was a prepaid card. I even called corporate and they agreed with me but the agent still didn't let me get the car. It's too hot for a simple mixup to have me stranded out there. Please hire people who know the difference between prepaid cards and debit cards
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤
Be advised they do not accept chime period I've never been turned away for my choice in banking and Avis will keep your prepaid amount no refund no sorry no clear policy at time of booking
