This location has inventory and manpower issues - both the fault of management, not the guys behind the counter - they were very pleasant under adverse conditions - BUT, we got a car, 3 days later it failed and we got a replacement car, both were filthy inside and out, and we ran the second car through the car wash, who pays to wash a rental car? Also, the first car had a medical mask laying on the passenger side floor board, and the second car had a pair of women's underwear between the passenger seat and the door!!! Not co... read more
I have used this spot before to pick up a rental car. Booking.com has car rental options with Avis and budget. It’s a small car place and only reason I gave a 4 rating is that when I arrived no staff was there and I waited for 10 minutes. And I did have a reservation. I have always been pleased with the cars I got. Usually an upgrade from what I order. The drop off is real easy.
Our flight was delayed and we landed at 11pm, after typical business hours. The agent stayed until we reached the terminal and got us our rental quickly and efficiently. Very grateful for this level of customer service!
They always treat me well.
