Staff very professional and helpful...rates are excellent
I had 2 deaths in my family. One here in FL and one in KY. I had to reroute a flight from Scottland to here to go through my father's possessions and then drive them with me to KY for my grandmother's funeral and ultimately California after. Due to the amount of things, flying was out of the question. I prepaid online for the rental and then showed up at my appointed time to pick up my vehicle. Nathan provided excellent customer service. Car was clean, fueled up and ready to go when we arrived. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick.
Placed reservation for 4 pm show up doors completely locked. I thought they would be on a lunch break so I sat and waited for 30 minutes then decided to speak to the guy cleaning the cars . He says he has no cars because I came 30 Minutes late . They need to hire more staff . Someone to keep it open and someone to clean.
