I picked up my car rental from Avis in Palm Harbor and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went . From the moment I arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and efficient . A special shout out to Ben, who assisted me during the pickup process- he was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clearly explained . Pre approved, everything is set. Til you arrive and they say due to your low credit we can't rent to you. It's only low because of pending insurance claim.

I was running a few minutes late when they were about to close. I called and let them know I would be late, and Ben was so lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend.
