I will definitely continue to do business with this location. Staff is friendly. Owner/manager (Ben) was responsive to the one issue I brought to his attention. Looking forward to my next rental!
Very customer friendly service, very helpful and no sales pressure
The Palm Harbor location has been great to me always very helpful. Customer service has been top tier so far every time I visit. Luckily I have dealt with Ben each time he’s always very helpful. I left my Sunpass in the vehicle Ben made sure to label it and I got it back a few days later with no issues. The Palm Harbor Avis location is the go to for sure.
After my flight cancelled I drove from DC through the snow and ice storm. I ended up being late to return my rental. Ben was so helpful and understanding he was able to not charge the extra day rental. Fast friendly and easy return. I will definitely be renting with Ben when in the area.
