Stay away from this car rental agency as much as possible. Very poor customer service. The old guy Chris will throw a tantrum over a simple question about pricing. Ridiculously awful experience from a so-called Manager.
I had a very bad experience renting a car from this company. I was charged more than expected, and when I called to ask why, they said I had purchased insurance at the counter—even though I already paid for insurance online during the reservation. The representative blamed me, saying I agreed to it, which makes no sense since I already had coverage. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Had my first visit this weekend. Chris is an exceptional manager and made everything smooth and easy. Shoutout to the gentleman who cleans the vehicles there too - it was perfect I’ll def be back next time I need wheels for the weekend. Thanks again team!
This has become my "go-to" place for rentals. The service from the staff is great and are always polite and helpful. Cars are brand new and very well kept. I used to go to other places in the KW region for rentals but not anymore. I highly recommend this Avis locations looking to have a great experience.
