Called in to check if they're still open and asked them if they have car available for rental. They said "we'll find something.". Arrive about 20 minutes after the phone call and tell us they have no cars for rent. Terrible service and wasted our time. Went down the street to xteme car rentals and got a rental in 10 minutes

Chris was absolutely amazing!!! I had a rental car for five weeks, and Chris was incredibly helpful the entire time. He made sure I received a great rate and was so flexible as I had to keep extending my rental due to an accident over the holiday season. The service was amazing — everything felt smooth, easy, and stress-free. I truly appreciate your patience, professionalism, and kindness throughout the process. 10/10 — I will absolutely use your services again and highly recommend you to others.

Stay away from this car rental agency as much as possible. Very poor customer service. The old guy Chris will throw a tantrum over a simple question about pricing. Ridiculously awful experience from a so-called Manager.

I had a very bad experience renting a car from this company. I was charged more than expected, and when I called to ask why, they said I had purchased insurance at the counter—even though I already paid for insurance online during the reservation. The representative blamed me, saying I agreed to it, which makes no sense since I already had coverage. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
