Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Chris and the service I received at Avis at the 160 Weber St S. Waterloo location. Latest model Jetta was clean and great and all but that's hopefully to be expected from any car rental place. It was his kind understanding and accommodating service during a very stressful time for us while visiting my aunt in the hospital that was very much appreciated.
