I am very disappointed with my experience with Avis. I reserved a full-size sedan, but when I arrived, I was given an intermediate SUV, which, in my opinion, is smaller and not comparable to the full-size sedan I reserved. To make matters worse, the vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to drive during my vacation. While I had a great experience renting from them, I think I may have left a bag in the vehicle and have been trying to call everyday (multiple times per day) and have never once gotten anyone to answer the phone. Super frustrating! I called customer service to see if they could help and they gave me the same phone number that Ive been trying daily for weeks.....
