Hospitality and Customer care is very nice at AVIS Marlborough.
I had a reservation for today. I called several times trying to speak to someone at this location. Nobody answers!!!!! Called customer service and spoke to two reps whom gave me the same response, but according to this location was incorrect information. Because of this I was left with no rental car. A process that could’ve been completely avoided had I been given the correct information or someone at this location would answer the phone. My entire day wasted yet costly. Rented twice from them in the last month. Friendly and helpful staff.
I will never rent from Avis again. This specific location does not answer the phone. I called more than 10 times without ever reaching anyone. When I got stuck in traffic, I called the 1-800 customer service line to ask whether I could return the vehicle after hours. The representative assured me multiple times that after-hours drop-off was absolutely allowed and that there would be no additional charge.
