Never ever! I booked avis car and robbed 80$ extra for fuel. When you try to book they will never show u this amount, but then when u checked in for car u will see an estimate price for the upcoming charge. I dont know why it shows everything included then charges you after for fuel. Not worth it to be honest, u can get the fuel for 20$ only, but not 80$. its robbery and disgusting at the same time.
WAS ROBBED! Booked a SUV for 1 day through Costco on May 7 to 8 at AVIS at CABANA BAY RESORT, ORLANDO. The person at the service desk offered a Tesla as there was no 5 Seater SUV. When picking the car the car was dirty, however as I was on a quick rush I called the person to show it and he offered to clean it but will take time and recommend to take car for now and no need for cleaning as it was given in poor state. Customer service was very friendly and was able to get our car reservation handled quickly. When we were done with the car, we returned it to Orlando International Airport (MCO).
