WAS ROBBED! Booked a SUV for 1 day through Costco on May 7 to 8 at AVIS at CABANA BAY RESORT, ORLANDO. The person at the service desk offered a Tesla as there was no 5 Seater SUV. When picking the car the car was dirty, however as I was on a quick rush I called the person to show it and he offered to clean it but will take time and recommend to take car for now and no need for cleaning as it was given in poor state. Customer service was very friendly and was able to get our car reservation handled quickly. When we were done with the car, we returned it to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

I was promised a car is available at 12 and need to check out of hotel and come here . Avis website was acting crazy and didn’t let me register either. Finally at 12 no car and then I had to scamper to airport to get a car and alter my plans. The employees were Spanish speaking and couldn’t understand my situation well. Last time trying Avis will look for something else ahead of time. Cabana bay was nice enough to hold our luggage until I get alternate travel accommodations ready.
