I dropped off my car on the 22 April and he took care of the rest with great customer service especially after a hectic day finding my way around. Thank you. Avis needs more of him.
Lady was really rude and gave away our car i had booked for 3 days told me first in first served! Wasn’t interested in helping at all after that. This is terrible service for a car i booked online months before arrival
I will pick up a car on Saturday September 23 at the airport 4:oo pm. I will stay at the Aventura hotel. I want to return it to AVIS from the hotel on Monday 25 by night or Tuesday 26 by morning. What should I do ?. I have called the AVIS phone number at the hotel but there is a message saying that the number is not receiving calls at the moment.
