This was the first time I rented from this avis office abs the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great selection of cars to choose from.
Mr.Eddie was helpful in trading out a bad vehicle that we received from PBI, one of only 3 cars in the parking lot, we picked up with the keys in it! 10 miles down the interstate we hear vibrating from the door and the tire was depleting among being dirty and cracked windshield… he immediately once we pulled in documented everything to give us piece of mind and traded Monday as soon as he had inventory. He saved the name Avis with us.
Eddie is awesome every time, I book cars with him all the time and he delivers great costumer service all the time!
