Service is always good. Staff are always pleasant, great customer service. My only issue is after making a reservation with Avis I have to cross my fingers and hope that the vehicle reserved will be available. There are never enough vehicles on the lot to rent. But the website allows a reservation to be made.
Eddie was the BEST!!! We were in a bad situation and he REALLY helped us out. I will recommend this Budget to everyone!
