I would give them zero stars if I could, as this is probably the worst rental car experience in my 25+ years of business travel. The Lexington KY location not only did they did not have cars (so why bother making a reservation and get a confirmation?) they kept many of us waiting under the pretense that cars were coming, and to add insult to the injury, I was the next person in line, and "Jessica", the customer service rep, called the person behind me in the line to give her the ONE and ONLY car that became available. I've rented several cars from Avis lately for local use. Ms Nita Brandenburg at the Airport counter is awesome. She has been doing this for some time and knows how to expedite the process. She has helped me navigate through the rental process for which I am very greatful. Whenever I need a rental I go straight to Ms. Nita even if it means waiting some. The folks working the airport rental counters have a difficult job as the customer flow is erradic, flights in they get swamped. People would get better service if they can re... read more

One attendant working with over 20 people in line, been waiting for an hour. Other rental car companies next to them are processing 10x the people. Avoid Avis in Lexington Airport. Becky deserves a raise for coming in on her day off and being left all alone.
Ricardo was awesome. Highly recommend this Avis location.
