These people ALWAYS charge for fuel service even though I return the car full tank. As a business traveler, this is the only location with this predatory practice. I have to go through avis customer support EVERY TIME to get the fuel charge dropped off. Thankfully I take pictures of the gas tank and gas reciept everything so they cant screw me over. But they are definitely screwing over other customers. They need to replace the employees or manager at this location who keep doing this
Very good customer service at the Bluegrass Airport Location. Cars are very nice, reasonably priced, and clean! The rental process was smooth and easy! Will definitely use again for future rentals!

Reserved a car online, got to the airport and they told me they did not have a car for me. Super inconvenient. Got me stranded at the airport for several hours and made me miss a huge part of my mother's funeral
