They had 2 of my cards on file, they were taking payments from both, I called the bank and made a dispute about this charges, Avis sent a tow truck to take the car on top of that they gave me a big bill without telling me what were those charges from and deducted directly from my account. Also this lady in the picture started laughing when I asked what were those charges about, it was her in the front desk and some african american guy (Sorry I don't have his name).
