Rented from Avis, was told they had what i reserved, they gave me a smaller vehicle told me they didn't have my class available. Still charged me for the full size, then it wouldn't stay running and kept breaking down. They told me it was unsafe to drive and needed to be towed. Not once I was informed that I would he charged for the tow, for their vehicle breaking down. Wir haben gestern für einen Tag einen SUV gemietet. Erst musste ich fast 1 Stunde warten, bis ich mein Auto bekommen habe. Dann war es ein Kleinwagen, was für mich überhaupt nicht geht. Als ich mit dem Auto losgefahren bin. Nach 1 Stunde kam ein Hinweis, dass der Service fällig ist. Der Schlüssel hatte kaum Batterie. Ich musste ihn direkt an den Startknopf halten, damit das Auto anging. Als ich das Auto am nächsten Morgen zurückgeben musste, musste ich wieder ewig warten und musste zu meinem Entsetzen feststellen, dass neben... read more
