This post isn’t specifically for the OAJ location, but more of an enterprise wide issue. I made an online reservation and pre-paid, but when I arrived, there were no vehicles. Not a huge issue as things happen that are beyond the control of the customer service staff, but I was assured that the reservation was cancelled, which it was not. I rented a car from them the when I first moved down here ! I had to use my debit card and because of me having the car more than 4 days there policy stated that I had to make a $300 deposit and that the rental car , for the amount of time I would have it would cost $228 . Fine ! So I paid and left. Car was great. Service was great.
Got a rental for a month...Gave me a car dented and scratched all over. Refused to provide any other car. Made sure to take many before and after pictures. Smelled like weed when I got it, not clean, wipers were shot, windshield was very dirty Pretty sub par experience.
