Nice and friendly
I literally don’t rent from anywhere else because I’m always so satisfied when I come here. I can walk in sign papers and be out within 5 minutes. If they don’t have the car I reserve I always get a free upgrade. I’ve had many issues with rental places before, so when I finally found one that made everything quick and easy I knew I would be a returning customer
Overly rude and not helpful one bit.
Horribly run location. Business reservation made a week in advance. Arrive only to be told they have no cars as the one available “is an Uber and cannot be rented.” I’d steer clear.
Had a worst experience with Avis, they cancelled my booking( i booked a month ago) on the day of picking up the vehicle, saying they don't have any cars available, i was told to connect to customer service center, which then transferred my booking to another center, another center cancelled the booking an hr after. The central customer service center has no control, visibility of the available cars. would never return to Avis in my life and wanted to convey the same to others
