I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The location advertised a Camry Hybrid or a similar vehicle, so we made a reservation. However, they never called, emailed, or texted to inform us that no Camry Hybrids or similar vehicle were available. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told they hadn’t had any for a while due to random issues. If they cannot provide the advertised vehicle or a comparable option, they should not list it. Easy in and out.
This review is specifically for Tony at Avis!!! He was amazing, great customer service, friendly, helpful, accommodating and answered all our questions thoroughly without any issues or hesitation. We will rent from here again in the future and hope to always have Tony’s assistance. Great job Tony!!!!
