They said that they oversold their reservations. Was very rude on the phone. What’s the point of getting a reservation if you can’t have enough vehicles to give people?
I had a very negative experience with the management here. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to address a concern. Instead of listening and helping, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. It left me feeling undervalued and uncomfortable. Good customer service and respect should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I have top tier rewards with Avis and it’s sad that Im not coming back here. Our rental we got was having some issues with the back tires. We took it back to the place we rented and no car was available. We went to 2 other places trying to get it traded in. 2 hours later Avis on Metcalf and 83rd traded the car. I didn't his name but we were very thankful he didn't hesitate to take care of us!! I been waiting on uber rental for weeks still haven’t gotten one. I stopped out there to see what the hold up was and I was treated rudely and told to get out the store they won’t have any rentals for months to come. Terrible service
