At first I was upset about my rental I received due to an unpleasant situation. After expressing my concerns to Steve the Owner he made it right and he listened to me. He had a professional demeanor and cares about his customers and retention. Much appreciated to Steve and I will return for future rentals.***I must mention Berlinda is kind as well and very helpful. Excellent Customer Service and understanding 😊
