Avis car rental, à fuir absolument !! Voici notre expérience : Nous avions réservé une voiture depuis début février pour le 6 août à 14h. La totalité du prix avait été versé. En fin de matinée l'agence nous a contactée pour nous dire que nous n'aurions pas de véhicule et qu'elle ne savait pas quand nous pourrions en avoir une... would probably not go there again. waited like 15 min to start the process - so understaffed i guess - and then i was quoted more than expected even with a day less. finally figured it out but it was annoying as hell. i think they charged me 12 bucks for parking bc i left the car there few hours. might be wrong. worst thing though no keybox. i arrived at 2:30am and had to get up at 7:30 to bring the key back so they wouldnt squeeze in more charge. never seen that. even my car repair shop has a key box. like this is insane.
