I'm a truck driver and I rented a vehicle and dropped it off in Buffalo where my next job was. Avis fined me and over charged me. Won't ever use them again.

Tom was absolutely wonderful. We had to rebook a rental car last minute as our original rental cancelled our booking and went through Uber rentals, which then booked us a vehicle through Avis. We flew into Boston-Logan and were unaware of how far apart these two airports are, especially landing at 4pm and having to get from Boston-Logan to Norwood during rush hour. This would be my first preference.. the person doesn’t have customer friendly attitude. Coupons don’t work. Not very positive feeling
