I made this reservation about a month and a half ago, so I was very surprised to receive a call the day before my pickup telling me that no vehicle would be available. I relied on this reservation and planned my trip around it. Calling less than 24 hours before pickup is extremely disappointing and has put me in a difficult situation.
Tom is the best - fast, easy to work with, and accommodating. I have rented from this Avis many times and have always been extremely happy with Tom's service and responsiveness. A+!
returned the car, The employee checked the mileage and looked over the vehicle before I left, so I was surprised to later receive a call claiming another employee said the car smelled like weed. I do not smoke, and I have rented from many other companies without ever being accused of this or charged extra.The accusation felt unfair, unprofessional, and honestly targeted because of my nationality !
Tom is very accommodating and very generous. If you are in a bind and need a rental on short notice he’s the guy!!! 5 STARS All Around
Alex and Tom are always so helpful. The cars are clean and ready by the time I get there.
