Be careful for what they promised you on counter. it may not be true especially when you travel with their car to another location to return. My family rented a car in Montreal and return to Toronto. At montreal counter we were told we can return it back to Toronto at any of their Avis location, and set us a reasonable price. Once we got to Toronto, we arrived before 9am to a location to return, the staff was ignoring us for more than 2 hours and then finally told us have to return car back to another location only. Nous avons loué un Tesla auprès de M. Chiadmi pour notre voyage, et nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de son service. Le véhicule était en excellent état, parfaitement propre et conforme à nos attentes. M. Chiadmi a été très professionnel et flexible, ce qui a rendu tout le processus de location très fluide. Très content de ma location chez Avis: - prix intéressant par rapport à la concurrence - j'ai été surclassé et ça m'a bien aidé - j'ai pu, sans problème, étendre ma réservation - je suis revenu avec le plein d'essence pas suffisamment complet, on m'a conseillé sans pression d'aller remettre de l'essence pour éviter des frais supplémentaires. Je reviendrais avec plaisir ici à la prochaine location :)
