Arnaque. Service client inexistant et impoli. Raccroche au nez. Prélèvement injustifié après réservation.
Arnaque ! Suppléments débités plusieurs jours après la réservation sans raisons. Plusieurs appels auprès de avis pour comprendre le problème, pour au final nous raccrocher au nez. À fuir.
Today (October 3, 2025) I visited this rental company. The parking lot was full of cars, but when I asked for a rental, the lady at the office just said everything is sold out. If that’s true, why are all the cars sitting there? Very unprofessional, and the employees don’t seem to want to work or help customers. Very disappointing service
J’ai loué une voiture au sein de cette agence Avis du 13 au 18 septembre. Une pré-autorisation a été faite sur ma carte, ce qui est normal. Cependant, j’ai récemment constaté un débit de 60 $ pour un prétendu supplément “retard de retour”. Or, nous avons rendu la voiture exactement à 18h, et les clés ont été déposées dans la boîte prévue. À aucun moment ce supplément ne nous avait été mentionné lors du retrait de la voiture avec l'agent.
