Donna! I’m generally not good at remembering names initially so I had to sent my review while I remembered. Donna didn’t know what I had just dealt with a “run-a-round” when the “service required” notification popped up. However, she was professional, knowledgeable and showed genuine concern. I forgot to ask her name Avis on Glenwood. I have an uber rental at forts they would only give me electric cars. When I went to Glenwood location she switched me out with no issues she truly does not know how much that meant to me now I can really get to the money
