Avis Rentals at the Westport, Saugatuck station is tried & true! The manager and staff are friendly, flexible and always customer-oriented. Their knowledge, advice and ability to problem-solve under pressure (busy location) is fantastic. We've yet to have a bad experience. The cars are impeccable upon pickup. Highly recommend! -From a loyal customer for 10+ years.
The Avis Westport, CT location is super easy for pick ups and drop offs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue at this location. I highly recommend it!
Nice people, small location so it’s best to make a reservation online first.
Highly recommend. Very convenient Avis location for folks in Westport or the neighboring towns. Located right off of the northbound tracks for MetroNorth (track 4). Staff is friendly and accommodating, which is something you don’t see a lot these days at car rental agencies. My only gripe is that Avis corporate needs to allocate more cars to this location. I’ve been fortunate with my rentals, but I’ve heard from friends about reservations getting cancelled due to lack of inventory.
