The car was fine, but I ended up getting charged for many random tolls trickling in several weeks after the rental, as if my card was linked to several different rental cars (> $100 total). Keep an eye out! I called the office and they were not helpful, instead sending me to the general 1-800 number, which was also not helpful only sending me the receipts and, asking me to e-mail instead. I am still waiting to hear back about the refund.
I am so sad to give this place one star but after my experience today, I have to. I'd been renting cars consistently for a few years and have always had a great experience - until today. While in transit to pick up the car the customer service person called me to tell me they did not have a car to honor my reservation and didn't know when they would. Maybe a few hours.
