Never experienced such bad customer service. My car is in the shop so I decided to give this guys a try and got a vehicle for 5 days for $160. I get to location to pick up the vehicle and the dude tells me they have no vehicles available and that he couldn’t find me confirmation even though they charged my card. I was already suspicious because I never received any email or confirmation once I paid. I ended up wasting a bunch of money on Ubers and my whole day spent on the phone trying to figure this out. A bit small and not a lot to choose from, but Justin was an amazing associate and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, accommodating, and helped us out when the airport called and canceled our reservation.
Justin was very kind and courteous each time I’ve rented from this place. He’s also quick and efficient. The prices are fair, and I’m in and out!! Haven’t had any issues or hassles at this location. Thanks Justin
