Never experienced such bad customer service. My car is in the shop so I decided to give this guys a try and got a vehicle for 5 days for $160. I get to location to pick up the vehicle and the dude tells me they have no vehicles available and that he couldn’t find me confirmation even though they charged my card. A bit small and not a lot to choose from, but Justin was an amazing associate and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, accommodating, and helped us out when the airport called and canceled our reservation.
Justin was very kind and courteous each time I’ve rented from this place. He’s also quick and efficient. The prices are fair, and I’m in and out!! Haven’t had any issues or hassles at this location. Thanks Justin
Was charged $934 dollars which was the quoted amount for the rental. Returned the vehicle and received a charge on my credit card the next day for $1,121 while STILL having the $934 charge. Not only that, the $1,121 charge appeared as BUDGET, and the $934 charge appeared as AVIS. Therefore making it more difficult to dispute. Because it wasn't under the same company. Seemed intentional. Be very careful with this company. There is a reason Avis Rental can't get above 4.0 stars but companies like Enterprise are above 4.0 stars... read more
