We rented 2 cars from this location. The first one continued to get a flat tire and the 2nd was low on gas when we picked it up. The parking lot is a joke, there is no reason or rhyme to it. There's no place to park. They expect you to move your vehicle so other vehicles can get out when there's no place to move them to. I had to park in the street in a no parking zone where I was warned by a police officer to move my vehicle or get a ticket. Lazy Staff. Avis is the most preferred renter as per my company. The person who pick up phone told no cars available but he told he will call me when a car comes in. I gave him my phone number to return the call. He told he will give me call when a car comes in. Before we end the call I requested him to tell me back the phone number I gave him for call back. He didn’t have the number. He even didn’t noted my number and simply told me he will call back. When I asked him why is it so , he cut the call . Seems like the staff in... read more
