It says on the uber vehicle list they have all vehicles available and everytime i call or go they dont have nothing . Seems like thus company live in an era witg no internet data
Denied me because my valid driver’s license was not being read by their machine. I rent all the time (presidents club status) and have never experienced this issue
I absolutely love this business!!! Nick and his crew are always super helpful, accommodating, and polite. I have used this business for years whenever visiting the Lansing area to see family. I cannot recommend it more highly.
Poor communication service with avis toll free customer service line and location. Only caters to those who prepays in advance. They said they promised to call back and never did. Had to call them back and they said they were completely booked out for the rest of the weekend.
Had a fantastic experience renting a car from here! The process was incredibly smooth and efficient. A big thank you to Ala for being so helpful and getting us on the road quickly. Will definitely be a returning customer!
