Can someone explain where the 4.2 rate come from ?? Unreal . Poor service . Rude customer service . The rate not even comparable to other car rental . Do yourself a favor before renting to this avis bells corner, check other rental company you will be please the diffence.
Never trust avis/budget. With a big name the only thing they care is to overcharge you without any reasons. In the meantime they offered vehicle more than 140k milage even without rain vipers.
