I had a reservation with Enterprise but no one was at the counter and their sign said they wouldn't be back for an hour! I'm so happy that the Avis counter was staffed and they were willing to help me right away! Mike was training Luis and they both were friendly and helpful. They found a car for me , with no notice, and arranged it for me to drop off where it was most convenient for me. The car was clean and new. An overall great experience and I'm very thankful for their help.

Jason is an absolutely amazing employee. He’s very polite, thinks about many ways to help out, goes out of his way to resolve any issues, and does it all in the most friendly and warm way! I’m going to keep going back to this location despite several other options in the area.
