8/13 update - upping this rating to 3 stars since it seems that there is some semblance of customer service with someone reaching out through the review, but if I’m calling the number in the rental agreement nonstop that’s not a good sign... I might still need a rental for the rest of the month so we’ll see how that goes when I try to extend the service tomorrow at drop off… So far I’m not impressed. Finding the place is not easy AT ALL especially since it’s through a military airport so they make you drive around AND THERE ... read more
