Non è stato per niente una bella esperienza principalmente per chi arriva di un viaggio lungo oppure per chi ha bambini e non sa cosa fare per gestire la situazione.
Been here 2x, the line was 1.5 hours and 2 hours long respectively, and all other counters allow people to just walk to the car. Truly insane behavior here

This Avis Budget branch executes such extraordinary service i no longer use any other rentacar location! Every time I am here John and DJ go beyond the call in customer service. Great hires!
Edit: Rental cars are in the shared underground garage P3 area with signs (ungated there); any entrance to that garage works but some won’t be open on weekends. They will give you the validated ticket to exit the garage. Paperwork must be done at the first floor office. Smaller downtown operation with no after hours return and they tend to run out of desired car types easily — Avis does first come first serve.
