had a reservation/booking confirmed - spoke with a live rep via phone (not from the physical location ) . They allowed me to move forward with the booking , confirmed it -charged my card. I get there & the rep advises me they have no vehicles available so whatsoever. It was a huge inconvenience and no other options were extended , PLUS having to wait up to 3 business for a refund . This totally could have been avoided or handled differently .

Rented a full size car from Anderson Location, was upgraded to A suv because I am president club of Avis, the car was super clean and full tank of Gas, manager was super friendly, I think her name was kinna. I rent quite a bit from Enterprise but now regular to Avis. Will return to this location on a regular basis. Niteshkumar Naik. Seneca SC.

This is the 3rd vacation ive had and used this company. Zero issues every single time. Great customer service and easy online booking. Car was great, and I got exactly what was advertised. Checking out took 2 seconds and I was home relaxing from travel.
