It will not matter that you have a reservation. They do not have any cars, but they are still allowing people to make reservations. They have no empathy for wasting your time, energy, money or effort, nor can they at least have the decency to call people and let them know that no matter how far they travel they’re not gonna get a car when they arrive. But hey, these places don’t care as long as someone is still spending their money with them that’s all that matters
"I was at this place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, and I had a bad experience as I made a reservation for a car through the Uber app, which according to the Uber app had availability, and when I arrived the company told me that there were none and that there was a long waiting list, so I left this place and the agent who assisted me acted poorly. Regards."
I went there with a family member. The site was late opening and was understaffed. The car they gave us was exceptionally dirty on the inside. It looked like it had not been cleaned after numerous prior rentals.
I had the best experience with getting a rental car for Avis today! Stephanie P was who helped me in the process & she was phenomenal! I’ve never rented a car before & this was the smoothest process ever. She helped me in so many ways, went above & beyond. Thank you Stephanie, I will be returning to do business!
Reserved a car through Uber, showed up, and was told no cars available. Put on a waiting list with 115+ people ahead that could take months. Misleading and a complete waste of time.
