Great service and friendly staff! Nandy helped us out, she is great! We came to Avis in Hamilton look for a car on the last minute. Nandy helped us out and had a car for us the next day. It was fun talking to her and the service was good. A nice new SUV for a good price.

Dropped jeep grand wagoneer off at this location and accidentally left a pair of headphones in the back seat. A few days later, I called to inquire about them, but was told the vehicle had already been rented again and that nothing had been found. Interestingly, they were thorough enough to inspect the car and note a new “scratch,” yet somehow failed to notice or recover the headphones when we only had the car for not even 24 hours. Disappointed with the inconsistency and lack of care in handling personal belongings.

I only rent from here. The service is stellar, the staff is super friendly and have always gone out of their way to help. Cars are always clean and as advertised. 10/10.
