They let you book online without having anything in store. They then tried to upsell me or tell me to call back in a few hours. Mostly unprofessional the way they communicate. No good customer service. I see why they have bad reviews, not really about the understanding of vehicles but how they treat customers.
I had a great experience with Avis Rental. Mr.Noor was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend Budget Rental
Amazing group of people! There are like family, we’ve been booking with them for years and there are always accommodating! Fast, convenient and nice reliable vehicles!
