Worst customer service I ever had with rental agency Booked a car 1 week in advance, came to pick it up and the lady started giving me some problems, first she said that I already have multiple cars, then she said she only has a dirty car for me, I agreed to take it and 10-15 minutes later to find out that the car has a safety recall and she doesn’t have anything else for me at this moment I decided to call Avis customer service to get help, waited 28 minutes to speak to someone named Monique to hear that I need to go to the... read more
Beware, they will regularly run out of cars even if you made a reservation. Two days in a row I made a reservation and they called me an hour later saying they don’t have any cars. Giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least notify you if they don’t have any cars.
Ridiculous! Had 2 reservations and they couldn’t provide me with a vehicle because the one they were going to give me had a safely recall. Lady at the desk was unpleasant as she refused to help. Calling customer service was even worse. Go with another company is my advice
