Excellent and very affordable car rental. The agent was very fast, very friendly l, and very thorough. The car options are limited but to be expected. I received a very clean 2024 model, Kia.

I would rather give 0 if available, the staff and customer support is arrogant, rude, dictatorial. No respect to customers, in spite provide all required information. Never ever to Avis again

Do not rent a Tesla from Avis. Pricing for Tesla supercharging is opaque and the two companies have colluded in gouging their customers for $0.99 kWh - which is the equivalent of paying about $10 / gallon. Note further that you do not have a choice unless you can find an L2 home charger.

I needed a rental same day and Ro and Dom came through. I spoke with Dom first and he gave me a quote over the phone and reserved a vehicle for me. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it turns out I accidentally called the Fairfield location instead of the Short Hills location I intended. However, Ro connected with Dom and was able to get me a vehicle quickly and honored the price that Dom quoted. The process was fast and convenient and I appreciated the service.
