Ahmed is really good at his job. Total problem solver. Super polite. Made my experience so much better.
Made a same day reservation online, everything on the Avis website said it was possible and they had cars available. Pulled up to a mostly full rental lot. Walked in to the employee on the phone rolling his eyes at us and trying to shoo us away with his hand as we entered. He finally got off the phone and then lied to our faces about how the Avis website says we are required to call ahead if we want a car, even though they had many cars in the lot. Disappointed that the car i had reserved and confirmed wasn’t available but a genuine thank you to the man up front who called to ensure i would have another at a nearby location as nowhere else in the city had any available.
