I had a horrible experience and should have checked the reviews beforehand. I reserved an SUV, but just like others who have had similar experiences, I was told that nothing was available. I believe the problem lies with the fact that this is a franchise location. They likely don’t share their fleet with other locations, and if the owner does share the fleet, they lose money. Very poor service..Was charged multiple times for a day rental. If you rent here WATCH OUT! My advice, go somewhere else.
Staff went above and beyond, Dee is an MVP! Got me a great car in the middle of the holiday madness. Even remembered my preferred name after two weeks! Praying I remembered her name right 😅
I have rented from here about 3 times now and they have always had the best prices and hook me up with a nice car. Good experience overall!
