It’s one thing to have poor service. But it’s totally another to ask customers completely inappropriate questions and provide inadequate service. While requesting to add another driver, the agent asked for the second driver’s license. He proceeded to ask for whether we were married and asked for proof of marriage. To make the situation worse, he asked why she had a different last name. Really?
