I returned the car on time Sunday morning but because there was an excessively long line and only 2 counter agents working, I waited in line likely ~20 minutes before being able to tell the counter agent I returned the car, and I'm not even sure they logged it into the system right away since they were so busy. Later I found out they charged me a "late return fee" due to returning at 930AM instead of 9AM. Great service! This location is quick, organized and very friendly. Solomon was very helpful and Avis remains the smoothest car rental service I have had experience with. Would definitely rent from them again if I’m ever back in the Long Beach area!
No signs for vehicle return, can be confusing. When I mentioned this to the rep working there he became defensive and rude. Attitude was through the roof. Turns out he also lied about his name. Rent/drop elsewhere.
Had an amazing experience with Sulaiman. He was very attentive and gave us a big discount. Have never had such a transparent and pleasant experience with a car rental company. I will for sure be coming back to this location!
