Great experience with Avis! The staff was super friendly and made the pickup process smooth and easy. The car I received was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for the trip. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer service — would definitely rent from them again.
I found multiple pornographic images of very young girls in my car rental. Not cleaned at all, I called corporate and they could care less.
Pros - staff at this location is friendly and helpful. Thanks Sulaiman and the Sunday crew! Super quick for big family trips on carnival cruises. The terminal is max 10 minute uber away or you can walk one black to grab the free shuttle from the long term lot if you want to save even more. Won’t bother with anywhere else when in the Long Beach area. Thanks again for being great.
They didn't give us the reserved car, but a much smaller one, and they didn't give us any money back.
